As a growing practice, we are looking for a dynamic team member who is passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences and growing with us. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Orthodontic Clinical Assistant (32 hours/week) who is cross-trained or willing to assist with some front desk responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical and administrative roles and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Compensation Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties: Assist the orthodontist during procedures (braces, Invisalign, expanders, etc.) Take digital scans (iTero), photos, and radiographs Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Provide patient education and post-op instructions Ensure compliance with infection control protocols Occasional Front Desk Support: Greet and check in/out patients with a friendly, professional demeanor Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Assist with treatment coordination and financial discussions (as trained) Verify insurance and support administrative workflows Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office Qualifications Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred Experience with digital scanning (iTero) is a plus Front desk or customer service experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with growth potential Opportunity for advancement in a growing, modern practice Supportive, team-oriented culture Hands-on training and development A positive work environment focused on community and impact Why Join RenewAll Orthodontics?
