We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our patient care, ensuring that every visit is smooth, efficient, and comfortable. You’ll work closely with our dentists to provide high-quality treatment while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Key Responsibilities Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (four-handed dentistry). Patient Care: Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they are comfortable and answering any questions about their visit. Sterilization: Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. Radiography: Take high-quality digital X-rays and/or intraoral photos as directed. Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and medical histories, in the practice management software. Lab Work: Pour and trim dental models and fabricate temporary crowns or bleach trays. Organization: Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently to keep the daily schedule on track. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Completion of an accredited dental assistant program. Current X-ray certification (state-specific). Active CPR/BLS certification.
