Job Responsibilities: Greeting and registering patients, checking them into the facility, and escorting the patient to the back if necessary Scheduling appointments Answering phones, taking messages, and directing patients to the appropriate person Entering and updating patient records and appointment information Providing outstanding customer service to patients and their families in a courteous manner Verifying Insurance from time to time on Medicaid, CHIP & PPO insurances The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experienced with Years in Dental Front Office Insurance Verification proficiency in Medicaid, Chip & PPO Treatment Coordination experience
