Claims Specialist / Insurance Billing Specialist 📍 Cross Timbers Dental | Flower Mound, TX Cross Timbers Dental is looking for an experienced Claims Specialist / Insurance Billing Specialist to join our growing dental team. We are a fast-paced, patient-centered practice focused on delivering a large office experience with a small-town feel. The Ideal Candidate Has: ✅ Minimum 3 years of dental insurance experience ✅ Experience submitting and following up on dental claims ✅ Strong understanding of PPO insurance plans and appeals ✅ Experience posting insurance payments and reconciling accounts ✅ Confidence communicating with insurance companies and patients ✅ Excellent organization and attention to detail Responsibilities Include: Insurance claim submission and follow-up Filing insurance appeals Posting insurance payments Reviewing EOBs and resolving discrepancies Patient statement processing Maintaining accurate documentation in CareStack Helping patients understand insurance balances and claims What We’re Looking For: We want someone who is: Organized Reliable Positive Team-oriented Compassionate with patients Persistent and detail-driven Why Join Cross Timbers Dental?
