Vibe Dentistry is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dental office currently under construction in Stamford, and we are hiring an energetic, highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the culture, systems, and patient experience of a modern practice from day one. The anticipated start date is March 2026. Our beautiful new office is designed to look, feel, smell, and sound amazing—featuring the latest technology, thoughtful amenities, and a calm, inspiring environment for both patients and team members. What You’ll Do: Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments, setting up supplies, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly using aseptic techniques Assist dentists during procedures including general dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry Take high-quality dental X-rays and assist with advanced imaging (including 3D scanners, if applicable) Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems such as Open Dental, while adhering to HIPAA standards Perform infection control and sterilization procedures to maintain the highest level of safety and hygiene Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling, documentation, and insurance verification Be a flexible team player willing to help in all areas of the practice and learn new procedures What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience X-ray certification required CPR certification required Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-focused attitude Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus Familiarity with Open Dental and pediatric dentistry is a plus (training will be provided prior to opening) A positive, adaptable mindset and excitement about being part of a growing, collaborative team What We Offer: Paid holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and more) Comprehensive training prior to opening Ongoing opportunities for continuing education and professional development Open-door policy with consistent, thoughtful communication A supportive environment where creativity, new ideas, and “out-of-the-box” thinking are welcomed The chance to help build and grow a truly special dental practice from the ground up A sign-on bonus If you want to feel inspired at work, enjoy variety in your role, and be a meaningful part of an amazing team, we’d love to hear from you.
