DentalPost’s Employer Dashboard has a clear and intuitive user interface that allows you to post a job ad, filter candidates, or browse resumes from one central account.
Once logged in, you’ll have access to a personal dashboard that shows the features you’d use most frequently, including shortcuts to your active job postings, resume searches, and assessments. You can also view any upcoming interviews and offers available via the dashboard.
A search bar at the top right-hand corner of the dashboard is where you can search for anything you can’t locate at a glance.
After familiarizing yourself with your dashboard, it’s time to post a job ad. Follow this easy five-step process to create a job post by position and location.
Step 1 requires that you choose the position for your job ad. You can click on the icon for the relevant Dental Assistant, Dental Front Office, Dental Hygienist, Dental Lab Tech, Dental Sales Rep, or Dentist position and move to Step 2.
This step allows you to state the job’s specifics, such as whether the posting is for a temporary or permanent position. If you need a candidate to help you grow your practice in the long term, you will click the “Post Permanent Job” button.
Once you’ve chosen the type of posting you’d like to create, you’ll be redirected to a page that prompts you to choose the location related to the job ad.
You can either select your office address or enter a postal code to pick up your location automatically.
