DentalPost, the dental industry’s premier online and mobile job board, announces the launch of a free continuing education management tool for registered users. This innovative online system, a first of its kind in the dental job board industry, allows users to manage CEs and Required Hours in an easy to navigate one-stop site.
DentalPost’s CE management tool assists in personal record keeping by allowing hygienists and other dental professionals to upload photographs of course completion certificates and add proof of completion for courses such as CPR, Radiology and Fissure Sealant. Once entered into the system, all of this information can be called up within seconds to show hiring employers.
Additionally, the system will email users a reminder 30 days before the renewal date for each listed certificate. The DentalPost CE management tool tracks course completion requirements for every state, so renewals and changes to regulations are not missed.
“Maintaining an ongoing record of continuing education that can even date back several years, being able to provide that record to employers on short notice, and tracking necessary renewals has always been time consuming and cumbersome for even the most organized dental professional. Now, with our new CE tool, it’s all at your fingertips, taking the stress out of remembering key dates and organizing your CEs so we don’t lose your ability to practice,” says Tonya Lanthier, founder and CEO of DentalPost.
