We're looking for a dedicated and friendly Dental Assistant to join our growing team! What You'll Do: As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. Your responsibilities will include: •Greeting and preparing patients with warmth and professionalism •Assisting the dentist with procedures and chairside support using four-handed dentistry techniques •Sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms between patients •Taking high-quality X-rays and updating patient charts •Educating patients before and after treatment, including post-operative instructions •Maintaining compliance with OSHA and CDC sterilization standards •Stocking operatories, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment functions properly •Performing lab tasks and supporting front office duties (scanning, insurance follow-ups, etc.) •Promoting a clean, organized, and efficient environment •Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone What We're Looking For: We value a team-first mindset and a commitment to creating an exceptional patient experience.
