Description

We are a well-established yet modern practice experiencing growth and are looking to add an awesome assistant to our team. You will be an integral part of the patient experience and operational effectiveness of our practice. Being resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an excellent patient experience will be core characteristics that we're looking for in a team member. Other important skills that will be important for success are professionalism, the ability to multi-task, prioritize, think critically, manage your time well, and have outstanding communication skills. Specific skills required will include the ability to take radiographs (including CBCT) sterilization, as well as basic chairside assisting experience. We're ideally looking for an assistant with 3-5 years of experience, but exceptions can always be made for the right person. Clinically, our culture focuses on comprehensive care. As a result, our procedures include restorative, surgical, and some endo. We also offer sedation. CAD/CAM - we have exocad, Sprint Ray 3D printers, and are also a CEREC office! We routinely do same day crowns and love the process.
