We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and compassionate Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at MVP Dental Care! About Us: MVP Dental Care is a warm, welcoming pediatric dental office located in the heart of Upper Marlboro. Our practice is led by two board-certified pediatric dentists who are passionate about providing exceptional care in a fun and comforting environment. We focus on creating positive dental experiences that help kids develop lifelong healthy habits—and we support each other like family along the way. What You’ll Do: Provide gentle, thorough dental cleanings and preventive care for children of all ages Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene and healthy habits Help create a calm, kid-friendly atmosphere before and during visits Collaborate with our dentists and team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every patient Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols What We’re Looking For: Current Maryland Dental Hygiene license CPR certification Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but a love for working with children is a must! A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset Schedule: Part-time hours (Mondays, Thursdays & Friday). As the office grows, more days are possible.
