Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings a positive, adaptable attitude. Experience with iTero scanning is a plus, and we’re happy to provide training for any new technologies or systems we use. Key Responsibilities: -Assist the doctor during a variety of treatment procedures -Fabricate precise and esthetic temporary crowns and bridges -Take digital impressions using iTero scanner (preferred) -Maintain infection control protocols and proper sterilization techniques -Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment -Prepare and maintain operatories for procedures -Take digital x-rays and update patient records accurately -Willingness to learn and adapt as new equipment and protocols are introduced Requirements: -Minimum of 2 years clinical dental assisting experience -Experience fabricating temporaries is preferred -iTero scanning experience is preferred -Current Texas RDA license and CPR certification -Strong communication and organizational skills -Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented -Eagerness to learn and grow with our practice What We Offer: Supportive team environment Opportunities for continued learning and professional development Training on advanced equipment and techniques Competitive pay based on experience
