Single doctor private practice in Ballantyne seeking an experienced Patient scheduling/ treatment coordinator. Roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to check in/check out, answering phones, scheduling, collecting payments, reviewing treatment, and claims. Our ideal candidate must possess professional etiquette, be good at multitasking, excellent customer service and have great communication skills. We are a fee for service practice with wonderful patients. We have an experienced team of dental assistants and dental hygienists who have been part of our practice for many years that work together as a team to ensure 5-star patient care. We take pride in fostering a Drama Free Environment! Hours are Monday -Wednesday 7:30- 3:30 and Thursdays from 7:30- 1:30. Small office, Best doctor and best hours in town!
