General dental practice located in the Fox Valley area of Aurora/Naperville is seeking to hire a friendly hygienist who values exceptional patient care. Although we are highly patient centered, we know the value of our dental team and that is why we strive to create an environment of kindness, appreciation and integrity. Office hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month. However, we are open to discussing part time employment including flexible hours and days. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments in accordance with established protocols. Maintain accurate documentation, Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience Qualifications: Valid Registered Dental Hygienist license required Strong understanding of dental terminology and dental records management Knowledge of aseptic techniques Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to perform patient assessments and document findings accurately Familiarity with Eaglesoft preferred Pay: $52.00 - $54.00 per hour Estimated hours: 33 – 38 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Retirement plan Employee bonuses If you are interested in learning more about our dental practice, please reach out to us.
