With three practices already serving the metro area—and a new location opening soon in Maple Grove—we're growing and looking for dedicated team members to grow with us. We're currently seeking a Practice Manager to lead our new Maple Grove location. This role is essential to the success of the practice, responsible for day-to-day operations, team leadership, and ensuring excellent patient care and service. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead and support a high-performing dental team, including Patient Care Coordinators and Dental Assistants • Partner with clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations and quality care delivery • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and collaboration • Provide coaching and feedback to staff, including performance evaluations and development support • Create and manage staff schedules that meet the needs of the practice • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members • Implement Dental Associates policies, procedures, and service standards • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated patient or staff concerns • Coordinate and facilitate staff meetings; collaborate with leadership on agendas and priorities • Support strong communication among team members and with patients • Manage facility needs, supplies, and vendor relationships, delegating tasks as appropriate Requirements: EXPERIENCE • Experience working in a dental setting - as a Hygienist, Assistant, or Administrator - with a passion for serving others • 3+ years of dental management experience preferred • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented and committed to following systems, improving processes, and delivering excellent service Apply Here: https://www.click2apply.net/dWoEYntOlWNqainWRhpNMd PI267989254
