The role requires a skilled professional with a proven track record in dental assisting to support our dentists in delivering high-quality care. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in clinical procedures, patient care, and office efficiency, aligning with our commitment to excellence and personalized service. Responsibilities * Assist dentists during procedures, including dental surgeries, All-on-Four implants, and cosmetic treatments, ensuring precision and patient comfort. * Perform and process digital X-rays in compliance with safety and quality standards. * Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment to uphold infection control protocols. * Engage with patients to provide oral hygiene education and post-treatment care instructions. * Accurately chart and update patient records using dental software. * Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure seamless office operations. * Collaborate with the team to maintain a professional and efficient practice environment. Qualifications * Required: Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. * Required: Nitrous Oxide Certification. * Required: Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience in a clinical setting. * Preferred: Proficiency with Archy or similar dental practice management software. * Preferred: Strong typing skills for efficient documentation.
