Job Description Felicity Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist with a passion for patient-focused care to join our family-run practice. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in general dentistry and thrive in an environment that values clinical autonomy and quality care. You’ll perform a wide range of procedures, including: The full scope of general dental care (crowns, bridges, restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, fixed & removable prosthodontics, etc.) Preventive and comprehensive dental care Clear braces (preferred, but not required) Dental implants (preferred, but not required) Responsibilities Deliver exceptional dental care to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat oral health conditions Create individualized treatment plans Collaborate with our tight-knit team for a seamless patient experience Maintain accurate patient records and uphold best practices Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Valid Maryland dental license (or eligibility to obtain one) Minimum of 4 years of experience in general dentistry Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to patient care Proficiency in a broad range of dental procedures Desire to work in a supportive, family-run environment Benefits Competitive salary Clinical autonomy to practice dentistry your way Supportive, family-oriented work environment State-of-the-art facility with 6 treatment rooms Opportunity to serve a diverse and growing patient base Why Live in Frederick, MD?
