Description

We are a dedicated and very warm group of professionals working together to improve the lives of the people we serve (while having some fun in the process!) We even have an awesome therapy Goldendoodle named Warby! Our office is growing and making a huge difference in our community. You could be a fit for our team if you can greet our patients with a smile, patiently guide them through their first steps, verify insurance, and input information efficiently—all without getting easily overwhelmed. Experience with Dentrix is a plus but not a requirement. We will happily train the right candidate. We believe: 'If it feels too much like going to work, it's not going to work.' So if you like the idea of getting paid to hang out with some great people and make life-changing contributions to deserving patients, consider joining our happy family. We'd love to meet you! Responsibilities • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using electronic health record systems. • Perform insurance verification to ensure coverage for services rendered. • Handle medical coding for accurate billing. • Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Assist with medical collections as necessary, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate seamless communication between departments. • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions or directing them to the appropriate personnel. Desired Skills • Proficiency in medical coding. • Experience with electronic health record systems. • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Knowledge of insurance verification processes within a medical office setting. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service. Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where you can make a difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your career in the healthcare field.
