Dental Insurance Coordinator Are you detail-oriented and experienced with dental insurance—and truly enjoy working through the complexities of patient benefits? Our private dental practice in Roanoke, TX is looking for a Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our one of a kind team. About the Role: This position is heavily focused on insurance verification and accuracy. Your primary responsibility will be to create a solid foundation for treatment planning by verifying insurance benefits thoroughly and accurately before patients are seen. Your work will directly help prevent billing issues, ensure smoother scheduling, and support a seamless patient experience. This role also includes: Checking patients in and out Answering phones Discussing unscheduled treatment Providing excellent, friendly service to patients in person and over the phone What We’re Looking For: Must have prior dental insurance experience (no exceptions) Familiarity with Dentrix and Insurance Answers Plus is a strong bonus A high level of attention to detail and accuracy when verifying insurance benefits Someone who genuinely enjoys the insurance process and understands its critical impact on patient care and office flow A team-oriented mindset with great communication skills and a positive attitude Schedule: Monday–Thursday only No evenings or weekends – enjoy a healthy work/life balance Why You'll Love Working Here: We’re a small, supportive team with a positive culture that values kindness, professionalism, and doing things the right way.
