About Us: Adore is a conscious dental wellness studio offering holistic, preventative, restorative, and cosmetic services to members of the community in a modern eco-luxurious environment. Our purpose is to guide patients towards optimal oral health and well-being in mind, body and spirit from a holistic and biological stand point. About You: You are a dental assistant who has a minimum experience of two years ideally - however we are open to less experience. You are heart-centered, compassionate, collaborative, and are excited to bring your authentic, whole self to work. You are passionate about helping people improve and enrich their lives holistically, while also making a profound difference in your communities. You love educating patients and providing them with love and care. Accountabilities in Patient Care: * Delivering the highest quality of professional service in the following areas: impressions, teeth whitening, X-rays, intraoral photos, coronal polishing, fillings, extractions, crowns, patient education, pediatric, nitrous, conscious sedation, restoring implants, SMART amalgam removal, ozone therapy, Vivos and airway treatment, iTero, periodontal surgeries. ^^ We will offer training and continuing education if you do not have any experience in the following areas mentioned above ^^ * Preparing Care Studios for patients by following advised procedures and protocols to maintain safe and clean working environment * Educating patients by giving holistic oral hygiene, plaque control, airway health and postoperative healing instructions. * Following guidelines for utmost safety and infection control quality * Documenting services by charting in patient records * Maintaining dental supplies, inventory, placing orders and sending lab cases * Fabricating temporary restorations, cleaning and polishing removable appliances * Sterilizing and delivering instruments * Assisting doctors with their treatments Accountabilities in Operations: * Collaborating and effectively communicating with colleagues to ensure efficient operations and flow * Open-heartedly greeting them upon arrival, scheduling/confirming appointments, and answering phone calls Credentials: * Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Certification * Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments * 2+ years experience (ideal) * Basic knowledge of sterilization and infection control equipment * Expanded functions capabilities * Tech skills to operate practice management and patient communication software * Excellent heart-based service and communication skills * Ability to understand insurance plans and accounts receivables If you resonate with our vision, please respond to our job post by sending an email with your resume.
