Description

Job Overview Seeking an Associate Dentist in beautiful Bozeman, MT, 'the last best place'. Close to skiing, hiking, and international airport! Offering a daily guarantee + commission (whichever is higher) in a FFS practice. State of the art technology, true mentoring opportunity. Experience Preferred. Currently a two doctor practice, with a great team, one doctor is more western medicine minded, with the other taking a more holistic approach. Practice offers laser dentistry (owner has a masters in laser through La&Ha and is willing to mentor), implants, Over-dentures, 3d imaging, 3d printing, IV sedation, facial esthetics, etc. Duties -Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. -Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures. -Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a positive experience for young patients. -Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. -Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options. -Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery. -Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment. -Utilize Open Dental software for managing patient records. -Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques. Requirements -Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. -Active state dental license with no disciplinary actions. -Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control practices. -Familiarity with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software is advantageous. -Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. -Commitment to continuing education and professional development in general dentistry.
