Description

As the Registered Dental Hygienist, you will work in collaboration with the Dentist to provide top notch oral care to your patients. Your responsibility will be to educate your patients on the importance of their dental health while following the ADA guidelines. A strong passion for dentistry with a great attitude and willingness to work and support your team is a must. Primary Responsibilities: - Ability to assess current oral health conditions and review oral health history - Conduct oral screening on all patients - Use of all technology: Itero Scanner, Digital X-rays, Intra-Oral Camera, Cavitron - Perio charting on each new patient and on yearly visits - Follow perio guidelines, diagnose and execute perio root planing - Educate and stress importance of preventative care to patients - Detailed and organized patient charting and documentation Qualifications: - Registered Dental Hygienist License with State of North Carolina - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - Strong communication skills - Willingness to work as a team player - New graduates are welcome to apply Job Types: Full Time (4 days per week) Salary: Starting at $55.00 - $60.00 per hour (depending on experience) plus bonus incentives Expected hours: Approximately 34-36 hours per week Benefits: - Health insurance - Vision insurance - Dental benefits - Paid holidays - Paid vacations; personal time off - Bonus incentives - Annual scrub allowance Schedule: - 8.5 hour shift (Monday thru Thursday) - No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: - One office, Charlotte, NC 28277: Reliably commute or planning to relocate
