About Us We are a well-established, quality-driven dental practice dedicated to providing personalized care in a supportive and professional environment. Our office combines a high standard of patient service with the latest technology to ensure optimal dental outcomes and a positive patient experience. Position Details Position: Full-Time Dental Front Office Coordinator Location: Logan, Ohio Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time Ideal Candidate Has: • Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience (required) • Proficiency with Open Dental software (required) • Working knowledge of Dental Intelligence (preferred) • Strong skills in scheduling, claim submission, and managing patient accounts • Experience with CareCredit and presenting financial options for treatment plans • Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills • A warm, professional demeanor with a high level of organization and attention to detail • Ability to run reports, assist with billing, and support daily front office operations Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and friendliness • Schedule appointments and manage recall systems efficiently • Submit and track insurance claims and follow up on outstanding balances • Present treatment plans with clear financial breakdowns and payment options • Collect co-pays, fees, and manage daily deposits • Use Open Dental and Dental Intelligence for effective patient flow and reporting • Collaborate with clinical staff and contribute to smooth office operations We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Benefits package • A supportive, respectful and team-oriented work culture • Opportunities for professional growth and continued training Apply Today!
