Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently Verify insurance eligibility and submit claims Collect co-pays and handle billing inquiries Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Ascend (or relevant software) Answer phones and respond to emails Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks Qualifications: Prior dental office experience strongly preferred Familiarity with dental insurance plans and billing Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Tech-savvy and quick to learn software systems Bilingual a plus!
