Privately owned, low volume, high quality dental practice seeking candidates for dental hygiene for Full Time or Part Time. We focus on providing exceptional care for our patients. Hours: Monday and Tuesday 7am- 3pm, Wednesday and Thursday 8am-4pm. $50-55/hour, based on experience. Health insurance, PTO and holiday pay, uniforms provided, CE opportunities, dental care for you and your family, flexible hours for good work/life balance. 1 hour recall and 2 hour new patient and SRP appointments out of one column. Recently remodeled office with digital and paperless everything and the latest technology Duties: - Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing - Take dental x-rays - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, periodontal charting, and new patient charting - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral healthcare instructions - Administer local anesthesia as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic dental software (Open Dental) Requirements: - Valid NC dental hygiene license - Proficient in performing dental hygiene duties At our practice, we value teamwork, professional growth, and providing exceptional care to our patients.
