Associate Dentist – 4-Day Workweek + Buy-In Opportunity in DuBois, PA 15801 Full-Time | Monday–Thursday Schedule | No Fridays or Weekends We’re hiring a full-time Associate Dentist to join our established practice in DuBois, PA 15801, located at 101 Hospital Ave. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider seeking a 4-day clinical schedule, strong earning potential, and a path to ownership. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced dental professionals dedicated to patient-centered care. This position is ideal for a provider who values work-life balance, high-quality clinical outcomes, and the opportunity to invest in long-term growth. What You’ll Do:
 – Perform general procedures including exams, fillings, extractions, and endo
 – Diagnose and treat oral conditions; develop custom treatment plans
 – Educate patients on hygiene and long-term care
 – Maintain detailed, compliant patient records
 – Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists for smooth clinical flow What You’ll Bring: – DDS or DMD from an accredited university
 – At least 3 years of general dentistry experience – Proficient with Eaglesoft dental software
 – Familiarity with HIPAA, dental documentation, and imaging
 – Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
 – Team-focused approach and excellent patient communication Compensation & Schedule:
 – Full-time, Monday through Thursday only
 – Guaranteed daily rate of $850
 – Total earnings potential up to $300,000 annually Location:
