MB2 Dental is hiring a full-time Associate Dentist for an affiliated office in South Texas. This role offers opportunities to expand your clinical skills, with potential for future buy-in. Our offices provide diverse services, including preventive care, crown & bridge, restorative, Invisalign, implants, and more.

MB2 Dental is a growing Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) with over 790 practices in 45 states. Unlike traditional DSOs, our owners retain full control and clinical autonomy to manage their offices as they choose. MB2 combines the benefits of partnership—like shared services and capital access—with the independence of practice ownership. Doctors lead clinical care locally while MB2 handles non-clinical tasks, allowing them to focus on patients. • $175,000 - $250,000 potential yearly earnings

Qualifications: 

• Experience preferred, but open to all!

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school  

• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining) 

• Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
