We’re a long-established private PPO practice (40+ years) based in Fayetteville, New York, looking for a general dentist to join our multi-doc team. We have a great patient base and a supportive environment with 3 dental assistants and 4 hygienists.

Details:

• $250,000+ annual earning potential
  
• Up to $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Up to $5,000 relocation bonus
• Up to $5,000 for student loan repayment
• PPO only (no Medicaid or HMO)

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience
  
• DDS/DMD and NY license (or in process)
