Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate, and professional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing high-quality preventative care and patient education, with a genuine interest in prosthodontics and long-term oral health outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and non-surgical periodontal therapy Take and review dental radiographs Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care plans Collaborate closely with the prosthodontist and other team members to support complex treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and charting Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety procedures Qualifications: Current RDH license in the state of Texas CPR certification Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred (prosthodontic or specialty experience a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and a passion for patient care Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:45 am to 5 pm No evenings or weekends What We Offer: A supportive and respectful team culture A calm, high-quality clinical environment Competitive compensation Continuing education support 401k retirement plan
