We are looking for a hard working, friendly, ethical general dentist/specialist for either locations. They are privately owned offices: - One is located in the high end shopping mall La Cantera - Other is located at the intersection of 1604 and 281 in Thousand Oaks area Our office is open M-F 8am-5pm.  https://goo.gl/maps/yQvukhuArWDgU2rQ6  https://www.lacanteradental.com/ We are open to part-time or full-time position with a future partnership/profit-sharing opportunity. We are looking for a doctor - - who loves creating long lasting relationships with patients - who is not afraid to work as a solo practitioner - who enjoys practicing dentistry and; understands the importance of teamwork - who has a strong sense of ethics, integrity and humility. Great earning potential for candidates who are clinically savvy and dedicated to work hard. Compensation & Benefits: - Higher of monthly minimum or % adjusted production - Health/Vision - Free internal CE courses - Salary: $300,000 - $450,000.00+ per year We understand both the clinical and business aspects of practicing dentistry and are aware of the hurdles dentists go through while practicing dentistry chair-side. As a dentist, you will get the support and guidance needed to provide top notch dental care for your patients. Doctors have full autonomy when it comes to providing care for their patients. This makes them feel like they are working in their own practice minus the headaches of running the business aspects of managing a dental office. Our doctors look for a career not a job. Office is state-of-the-art facility with a great patient pool with a variety of dental services -- Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, Dentures, Implants, All-on-X, Root Canals, Fillings, Periodontics, Sedation (Nitrous, Oral, IV and General Anesthesia). We see adults as well as some kids. We also see special-needs patients and patients that require higher levels of sedation for treatment.
