We are currently accepting applications for an experienced RDA to join our growing team! Time will be split between our new upscale, private dental practice in Sugar Land, TX and our well established practice in Pearland. The position requires excellent communication skills, a positive and compassionate demeanor and a strong culture of teamwork, mutual respect and professionalism. We are offering a paid working interview for qualified candidates. Job Summary-Assist the dentist chairside, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Help keep the office running efficiently with phone and front office support as needed. *Ideal candidates will possess the following: *Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a dental assistant *Ability to fabricate temporaries *Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry *Dentrix and Dexis experience a plus **Preferred but lack of experience is not a deal-breaker if the applicant is passionate about learning.
