As a mission-driven nonprofit, we are committed to advancing evidence-based dentistry, supporting scientific integrity, and providing practical solutions for clinicians. We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Lead to help expand our reach among dental professionals and industry partners while upholding the foundation’s long-standing credibility and values. ________________________________________ Position Summary This is a strategic, relationship-driven sales role designed for a self-motivated individual who can generate new business, secure partnerships, and increase engagement with CR Foundation’s offerings. The ideal candidate is experienced in the dental or healthcare space, confident in high-level outreach, and skilled in converting interest into long-term relationships. This is not a marketing or content creation role. Our internal marketing team provides assets and brand materials. The focus of this position is on outreach, follow-up, sales, and professional engagement. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Drive new sales of CR Foundation subscriptions to individual dentists, group practices, and institutions • Build and manage relationships with dental product companies and secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities • Promote participation in continuing education programs through direct outreach and event engagement • Represent CR Foundation at key dental industry events, trade shows, and CE programs • Identify and pursue business development opportunities aligned with CR’s mission • Maintain CRM records and report on pipeline activity and outcomes ________________________________________ Qualifications Required: • 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management within dental, medical device, or healthcare sectors • Strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of revenue growth • Confident communicator with both clinicians and industry professionals • Experience representing an organization at trade shows, conferences, or CE events • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting • Able to work independently in an in-person team setting Preferred: • Established connections within the dental profession or dental product companies • Familiarity with nonprofit or education-based organizations • Exposure to international markets or distributor channels ________________________________________ Compensation and Benefits • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives • Full-time, in-person position based at our Provo, Utah office • Opportunity to grow within a respected 501(c)(3) nonprofit with nearly five decades of clinical credibility and industry trust • Supportive team environment with clear performance expectations and mission alignment
