Location: Kyle, TX Position: Senior General Practice Dentist Compensation: $250,000 - $450,000 Annual Salary - tier-based model 31%-35% Are you an experienced General Dentist with a passion for tackling complex, high-level cases? Access a portion of your earned wages before payday What You'll Do Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral tissues. Perform clinical treatments such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and other restorative and preventive services. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options. Formulate and implement treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Administer anesthetics to ensure patient comfort during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and complete all required documentation in compliance with clinical protocols. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient scheduling, patient satisfaction, and achievement of office production and collection goals. Participate in ongoing professional development, including mentorship meetings, continuing education, and performance reviews to support growth and clinical excellence. Requirements Education & Licensure: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school; valid state dental license; compliance with continuing education requirements. Clinical Proficiency: Skilled in a wide range of general dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care. Diagnostic & Treatment Planning: Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop accurate, personalized treatment plans using visual exams, x-rays, and other tools. Patient-Centered Care: Demonstrates empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with patients to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Infection Control & Risk Management: Adheres to strict infection control protocols and remains calm and effective in managing dental emergencies. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Works well within a team environment, leading and supporting dental staff to ensure smooth operations and high standards of care. Time Management & Organization: Manages multiple patients efficiently while maintaining accuracy in clinical documentation and patient records.
