Join Our Dental Team – Dental Assistant Wanted! Are you a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Assistant looking to join a dynamic and growing team? Our private PPO/FFS general dental practice in Verona, NJ is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated individual to become a key player in our office. We serve the vibrant community of Essex County, and we pride ourselves on offering exceptional care to our patients. What We’re Looking For: A warm, friendly demeanor with a passion for patient care (our patients’ satisfaction is our top priority!) Excellent communication skills – you should be comfortable talking to patients, answering questions, and putting them at ease A highly organized and self-motivated team player who’s always willing to learn and grow Flexibility to assist with front desk tasks as needed Familiarity with Patterson Eaglesoft software is a plus, but general computer skills are a must! Your Role: As our newest Dental Assistant, you'll be helping us deliver top-notch care by: Assisting the dentist during various treatments and procedures Setting up and breaking down operatories after treatments Taking digital radiographs Managing infection control, including sterilizing instruments and equipment Following OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment Providing patients with instructions for post-treatment care Helping out with office tasks as needed Qualifications: State-issued X-ray license High school diploma or equivalent Experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate!
