Who You Are: • A seasoned expert in verifying dental insurance, entering covered services into the ledger for hygiene, answering phones, and scheduling patients. Confidence in hygiene and treatment side are a MUST. We can train in all other areas. • Comfortable working under a peer and acting as solid support to the lead front desk—no ego, just excellence. • A team player with a positive personality, who keeps personal drama at home and brings only good vibes to the office. • Flexible, dependable, and always professional—no gossip, no complaining, just teamwork and quality care. Extra Awesome: • Cross-trained or RDA certified? Huge bonus! (RDA certification required to receive additional pay for cross-trained duties.)
