We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist to join our private practice on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional looking to make a positive impact on patient care in a supportive environment while our current hygiene staff member is on maternity leave. As a dental hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. You will be responsible for performing thorough cleanings, educating patients about oral hygiene, conducting assessments, and providing necessary treatments to maintain their dental health. The hygienist will generally see one patient at a time, spending approximately one hour with each individual to ensure quality care and attention. We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and sanitary environment for our team and patients. We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, in line with current health guidelines. Our practice operates with a single doctor model, allowing for a cohesive team approach in delivering personalized care. You will find a supportive and friendly atmosphere where collaboration is valued and dental hygiene standards are prioritized. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience as a dental hygienist and hold a valid dental hygiene license. Strong communication skills, a commitment to patient education, and a positive attitude are essential for this role. While we currently do not offer benefits for this part-time position, you will enjoy a competitive compensation rate of $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. Working hours include a one-hour lunch break from 12:30 to 1:30 PM, assuring you have the time to recharge.
