We're a friendly and growing dental office in Aventura, Florida seeking a reliable, organized, patient focused, friendly, team player and skilled front desk receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities include: Greeting patients with warm welcome attitude, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances; Handling patients check in/outs and collecting payments, supporting the dental team with administrative tasks. Ideal candidate must be enthusiastic with great communications, organization and customer service skills, bilingual (English Spanish) with previous dental experience, familiar with dental software, knowledge on dental terminology, computer skill, and high customer service.
