Job Type: Full-Time Practice Type: Private Dental Practice We are a well-established, patient-focused private dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Chairside Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have prior experience assisting with oral surgery, crowns, and implants. Key Responsibilities: -Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures including oral surgeries, implant placements, and crown preparations. -Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in compliance with OSHA and CDC guidelines. -Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures. -Take dental radiographs (X-rays). including Panoramic and ct scan -Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling and follow-ups as needed. -Explain and present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients. -Be punctual, dependable, and ready to work with a positive and supportive attitude. -Collaborate effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: -Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience. -Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish. -Experience with oral surgery, crowns, and implants is required. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
