This fully digital, 5-operatory office sees over 60 new patients per month and offers a strong clinical team, steady GA schedule, and long-term career potential. You’ll join as the second Pediatric Dentist in a high-demand, relationship-driven office. The practice offers in-office GA days and a fully digital clinical flow—giving you the tools, support, and freedom to grow quickly and provide outstanding care. What You’ll Do - Provide high-quality pediatric dental care in a welcoming, family-centered setting - Manage restorative, preventive, and sedation cases - Lead patient education and build relationships with parents and caregivers - Collaborate with a strong clinical team for efficient daily flow - Participate in GA treatment days with hospital or in-office sedation team What You’ll Bring - DDS/DMD and certificate in Pediatric Dentistry - California dental license (or eligibility to obtain) - Strong communication and a calm, confident chairside manner - Desire to build a long-term home in a growing pediatric team - Comfort with GA cases and a busy schedule Compensation
Daily guarantee and/or percentage of net production. Includes paid malpractice and a full benefits package. Final earnings vary based on schedule and experience. Location
