This fully digital, 12-operatory practice is PPO/FFS only, supported by six hygienists, and sees over 100 new patients per month. The team is well trained and loyal, with many having worked alongside the owner for over a decade. You’ll join a clinically rich, high-demand environment where leadership, strong communication, and clinical skill are highly valued. The ideal candidate has experience or interest in oral surgery, posterior endo, and building long-term patient relationships. What You’ll Do - Deliver comprehensive general dentistry to a large and growing patient base - Provide oral surgery procedures and/or posterior endodontics if desired - Collaborate with a seasoned hygiene and clinical team - Educate patients, present treatment options, and ensure long-term care continuity - Maintain accurate and compliant records - Contribute to a culture of professionalism, learning, and team leadership What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program - Virginia dental license (or eligibility to obtain) - Desire to perform oral surgery or posterior endo (preferred, not required) - Leadership qualities and strong communication skills - A growth mindset and interest in partnership Compensation
Earn 32–35% of collections with no lab fees. Daily rate provided during onboarding. Given patient flow and production potential, most providers in this setting earn $250,000–$350,000+. Benefits and partnership discussions available upon interview. Location
