General Dentist – Denison, TX 75020 We’re hiring a full-time General Dentist to lead a thriving 5-operatory practice in Denison, TX 75020. This is a PPO/FFS-only practice with CEREC, intraoral cameras in every operatory, and a tenured full-time hygienist who’s been with the team for over 15 years. You’ll have full clinical control in a digital, patient-centered setting—plus the opportunity to grow your role into ownership. As part of a respected 20-practice group, you’ll be supported without sacrificing independence. What You’ll Do - Diagnose and deliver comprehensive general dentistry - Build lasting patient relationships through trust and education - Lead a clinical team and foster a positive practice culture - Maintain accurate, compliant records using digital tools - Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient daily flow What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Texas dental license (active or eligible) - Strong clinical and leadership capabilities - Experience with PPO/FFS care preferred - Interest in long-term practice growth and potential ownership Compensation Earnings based on 32–35% of collections. Ownership interest may be included in the offer. Location This full-time, in-person role is based in Denison, TX 75020—located just north of Dallas, in a growing community with strong patient demand.
