As the Team Dentists for the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, we bring the same standard of care to all of our patients—from professional athletes to generations of local families. Position Summary:
 We are seeking an experienced and personable Dental Assistant II who is passionate about restorative dentistry and thrives in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, a strong work ethic, and the ability to contribute positively to our cohesive, supportive team. Key Responsibilities: -Assist dentists chairside during a wide range of procedures, particularly restorative treatments -Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments in compliance with sterilization protocols -Take high-quality dental radiographs and perform digital intraoral scanning -Fabricate functional and esthetic temporary crowns -Perform coronal polishing (with current certification) -Provide thorough post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education -Maintain clinical inventory and support an efficient workflow -Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure optimal patient care Qualifications: -Current Dental Assistant II certification in North Carolina -Strong interest in and aptitude for restorative dentistry -Proficiency with dental technologies, including digital radiography and scanning -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Demonstrated ability to integrate into a collaborative team dynamic -Current CPR certification and state licensure -Attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care What We Offer: -Competitive compensation: $30/hour -Health insurance -Profit Sharing 401k Retirement Plan -Paid holidays and additional PTO -Ongoing training and continuing education opportunities -A well-established, supportive practice environment -The opportunity to work with a respected team serving professional athletes and the broader Charlotte community Office Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:45 PM (closed at least one Friday per month) How to Apply:
