In this role, you’ll provide preventive and therapeutic care to patients of all ages while collaborating with a dedicated dental team. You’ll enjoy the freedom to practice to the highest standard while contributing to a positive and respectful work environment. What You’ll Do - Make patients feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for - Perform oral health assessments and cancer screenings - Provide periodontal therapy and preventive treatments - Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies - Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records What You’ll Bring - Active Colorado Dental Hygiene and Local Anesthesia License - Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset - Passion for patient education and oral health advocacy - Commitment to safety, compliance, and professional excellence Compensation - $55–60/hour based on experience and preference - Option for production-based pay if preferred - Bonus opportunities based on office performance Location
