Associate Dentist Opportunity at Superior Dentistry in Shreveport, LA We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice in Shreveport, Louisiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic, patient-focused team with a modern, well-equipped facility. About Us: • Superior Dentistry is a newly renovated practice in Shreveport, LA, co-owned by two easy-going partners who purchased the practice in November 2023. • Our practice features a brand-new expansion with four additional treatment rooms, a new break room, doctor’s office, and advanced lab facilities including a PrimeScan, CBCT, 3D printer, and mill. • We see over 100 new patients each month and offer a wide range of general dentistry services, minimizing the need for outside referrals. • Our practice boasts 13 operatories, including six brand-new ADEC chairs/delivery units. Four doctor chairs are located in the new wing addition that finished construction at the end of last year and 2 more dedicated doctor chairs (with same new equipment/chairs and new beautiful multi functional room dividing cabinets) are located just adjacent to the new construction. These rooms were part of a renovation of the old break room in 2024. These two rooms are turn key ready exclusively for you and your assistants to fill your schedule in record time. This private test suite treatment area is dental luxury - everything you could possibly need to start filling your schedule quick as part of our team.. They are huge! The ADEC room dividing cabinet for this area is also new and extremely functional with tons of storage that allow for your own full equipment stock, eliminating the need to go back and forth to main strerilization. All of our rooms have a movable mounted screen for patient education with new rear cabinetry, IO cameras, and digital radiograph sensor. • The new wing addition for doctor treatment still has the new car smell and we are very proud of it. Within we have four doctor chairs, custom cabinetry, charting PC and monitors, wall mounted patient education screen, ceiling mounted smart TVs for patient comfort. Both our new wing and original wing lie parallel to each other divided by an also new beautiful courtyard garden and rock waterfall that our patients face while in treatment chair. This side also has a new consult room, doctor’s lounge (personal PC setup, access to our enormous curved graphic chipped monitor for ultra high resolution viewing of CBCTs or digital X-rays, and of course a corner mounted 75” TV for doctor personal use) , CBCT suite, fully equipped lab, open concept sterilization and storage. A spacious new staff break room was added with bar style seating, corner mounted large TV screen that displays the schedule, a PC and monitor for to charting if needed, and a 75” TV for employee entertainment. • Currently we have four full-time hygienists, with plans to add another hygienist once we bring on an associate.
