The ideal candidate will have surgical and implant experience, consider attention to detail one of their biggest strengths, and handle multi-tasking like a pro. Our office thrives using a highly digital workflow with heavy use of CEREC technology, so experience with CAD/CAM technology is preferred. Although we work hard, we also believe in a good work/life balance; working four days per week and seven-hour patient days. Benefits: • Health insurance - employer pays 100% of premium • Dental coverage for immediate family • 401K and 401K matching after 1 year • Paid sick leave • Profit sharing Responsibilities: • Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations • Take dental X-rays • Take and record patients' medical histories and vital signs • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures • Educate patients on post-operative care • Sterilize and maintain dental instruments • Perform basic laboratory duties such as taking impressions and trimming models • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Experience/Skills: • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant- prefer 2 years + • Knowledge of Eaglesoft is preferred but not required • Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology is a plus • Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and oral health procedures • Ability to take accurate dental X-rays and perform medical documentation • Understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols • Ability to work well in a team environment This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday 8:30 to 5:30pm.
