General Dentist – Ownership Opportunity Available Are you a compassionate, skilled dentist looking for a long-term, impactful role in a thriving practice? We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team — with an exciting opportunity for ownership. Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm Select Fridays 8am-3pm Key Responsibilities: - Perform general dental procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals - Conduct comprehensive exams and provide preventive care - Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans - Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative measures - Collaborate with assistants and hygienists for optimal patient outcomes - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using Dentrix Ascend software Requirements: - DDS/DMD from an accredited university - Valid California dental license - Minimum 3 years of clinical experience - Proficiency with Dentrix Ascend and understanding of dental/medical documentation - Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills - Knowledge of HIPAA and a commitment to patient confidentiality - Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment What We Offer: - A supportive, experienced team of professionals - A patient-first philosophy and strong community reputation - Potential for practice buy-in and ownership - A career path with both clinical and leadership growth Join us and be part of a practice that values your contribution and encourages your professional development — all while making a difference in the lives of our patients.
