Treatment Coordinator position available! ISO a dedicated team player who can communicate effectively and compassionately with our patients to help them understand their treatment needs. Warmth, friendliness, and professionalism is a must! Come join our team of fun-loving doctors and staff. We have two family-oriented general practice locations in Lakeland with state of the art technology and equipment. Experience using Dentrix software is preferred. Patient hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Thursday, 1/2 days on Friday. This position is full-time with competitive salary and benefits such as 401k, Vacation and Sick pay, uniform allowance, and more. Our compensation is negotiable based on skill set and experience. Candidates considered for this position should be self-sufficient, motivated, passionate about our patients and willing to 'go the extra mile'. Applicants are required to have at least 3 years of dental office experience, working knowledge of dental terminology, effective scheduling and collection skills, and polished telephone skills.
