What You’ll Do: As our Dental Operations Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the practice—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while creating a positive environment for both staff and patients. Responsibilities include: - Leading daily operations and supporting a high-performing team - Overseeing scheduling, workflow, and office systems to keep things efficient and organized - Managing financials, including budgets, payroll, and P&L - Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve patient care and practice performance - Coaching and mentoring staff, fostering growth and accountability - Handling patient concerns with empathy and professionalism - Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and all relevant guidelines - Supporting inventory, ordering, and supply management - Jumping in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of dental office management experience (specialty experience a plus!) - Strong leadership and communication skills - A knack for solving problems and keeping people motivated - Familiarity with insurance verification, AR, and claims resolution - Experience with payroll, scheduling, and HR basics - Comfortable managing financials and understanding how to drive results - Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards - A calm, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Your Benefits & Perks: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you in all aspects of your life, including: - BCBS High Deductible & PPO Medical insurance Options - VSP Vision Coverage - Principal PPO Dental Insurance - Complimentary Life Insurance Policy - Short-term & Long-Term Disability - Pet Insurance Coverage - 401(k) - HSA / FSA Account Access - Identity Theft Protection - Legal Services Package - Hospital/Accident/Critical Care Coverage - Paid Time Off - Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment - Strong culture of honesty and teamwork
