What You’ll Do: As our Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day functions of the practice while building a strong, supportive team environment. You’ll oversee workflows, manage key business operations, and ensure the highest standard of patient care. Key responsibilities include: - Leading daily operations and supporting a high-performing, patient-focused team - Overseeing scheduling, workflow, and administrative systems for efficiency and clarity - Managing budgets, payroll, and P&L performance - Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement - Mentoring and developing staff through regular feedback and coaching - Handling patient concerns with professionalism and empathy - Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and relevant regulatory standards - Managing inventory, supply orders, and vendor coordination - Pitching in as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What You Bring: - 2+ years of experience in dental office management (specialty experience is a plus) - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Comfort with insurance processes, AR, and claims resolution - Working knowledge of payroll, scheduling, and HR functions - Familiarity with dental software and EMR systems - Solid understanding of OSHA and HIPAA compliance - Calm, team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Your Benefits & Perks: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you in all aspects of your life, including: - Sign-on bonus offered! - BCBS High Deductible & PPO Medical insurance Options - VSP Vision Coverage - Principal PPO Dental Insurance - Complimentary Life Insurance Policy - Short-term & Long-Term Disability - Pet Insurance Coverage - 401(k) - HSA / FSA Account Access - Identity Theft Protection - Legal Services Package - Hospital/Accident/Critical Care Coverage - Paid Time Off - Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment - Strong culture of honesty and teamwork
