Dental Front Desk / Office Manager Dallas, TX | Full-Time We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Dental Front Desk professional to join our team at a busy, patient-centered general dental office. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule and a key leadership role within our practice. Office Hours: Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately Verify dental insurance benefits and submit pre-authorizations Collect co-pays, process payments, and manage daily reports Submit and track dental insurance claims (PPO and Medicaid experience preferred) Handle patient check-in/check-out with professionalism and care Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix Ensure treatment plans are presented clearly and follow up on pending cases Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and third-party providers Oversee front office operations and support back office coordination Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent dental front office experience required Proficient in Dentrix software Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing (PPO, Medicaid, CHIP) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Professional appearance and demeanor High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in dental administration is a plus Qualities We’re Looking For: A dependable team player with a positive attitude Natural problem solver with strong follow-through Compassionate and patient-focused Confident handling both patient-facing and back-end admin tasks Honest, ethical, and respectful with team and patients Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay (based on experience), paid holidays, potential bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth.
