Webster Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in Dover, DE. Position Overview: We are passionate about preventive oral health care and value our hygiene team and the important role they play in our success.   We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care in a supportive, friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth.  As dental technology continues to improve, we strive to keep up with the latest technology, for the benefit of our patients, as well as our staff. We've recently added Overjet AI and we'll be adding Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) in the near future. If you're looking to grow your career in a practice that stands out among the rest, this is the position for you! The Hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Delaware. New hygiene grads must me applying for license soon. Responsibilities: Perform routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance Conduct oral health assessments and take dental X-rays Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Assist dentists with exams and treatments as needed Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations Follow sterilization and infection control protocols Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene from an accredited program Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort Legal Disclaimer: We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
