Role Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful relationships with patients, practices at the highest standard of care, and thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform thorough dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing - Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and post-treatment care - Take and review dental radiographs and chart periodontal conditions accurately - Collaborate closely with our dentists to support comprehensive treatment planning - Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols - Deliver an exceptional patient experience that aligns with our practice’s philosophy Qualifications: - Active Illinois Dental Hygiene License - 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and time management - A genuine passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health What We Offer: - A supportive, relaxed work environment - Modern technology and office - Flexible part-time hours (1–2 days/week) – schedule negotiable - No insurance-driven quotas or production pressure - An appreciative patient base and professional team culture
